Who should register?
Idea-stage founders may join broader community activities where appropriate, but intensive assessments and technical opportunities will prioritise startups with stronger evidence of readiness and a clearly defined business need.
We welcome applications from fintech, SaaS, healthtech, agritech, logistics, e-commerce technology, edtech, AI and other technology-driven sectors.
You do not need to be a Scyda customer to register. Not every benefit requires the same stage or technology setup.
Startup Growth Advantage is intended primarily for Nigerian startups that:
- Have a working product, live service or credible pilot.
- Have users, customers, revenue or other evidence of traction, or are preparing for a clear growth milestone.
- Are thinking about scaling their operations or technology.
- Want to explore cloud, data analytics, AI or automation opportunities.
- Are willing to provide basic information about their business and current technology challenges.

What is Startup Growth Advantage?
Startup Growth Advantage, powered by ScydaTech Hub, is designed to connect Nigerian startups with practical technology guidance, founder learning opportunities and selected support to explore relevant cloud and AI opportunities.
Who can register?
The initiative is intended primarily for Nigerian startups with a working product, live service or credible pilot, and evidence of traction or a clear growth milestone ahead. Idea-stage founders may join broader community activities where appropriate, but intensive assessments and technical opportunities will prioritise startups with stronger evidence of readiness and a clearly defined business need.
Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration is free and does not require a purchase. Participation does not require your startup to purchase Scyda services, and any subsequent paid work would be discussed and agreed separately.
Do I need to be a Scyda customer?
No. You do not need to be a Scyda customer to register, and not every benefit requires the same stage or technology setup.
Will I receive AWS credits if I register?
Not automatically. Up to US$5,000 in AWS credits may be available for eligible startups, subject to the relevant programme’s eligibility criteria, approval process, terms and conditions. Registration does not guarantee credits.
What are AI use-case assessments and proof-of-concept opportunities?
AI use-case assessments give guidance to help identify relevant, practical AI opportunities. Selected AI proof-of-concept opportunities are limited, offered to suitable startups, and subject to assessment and agreed scope.
What happens after I register?
Scyda reviews submissions to understand startup stage, traction, needs and potential fit. Suitable participants may be invited to relevant founder sessions, learning activities or further conversations, and selected startups may be considered for deeper technology assessments, AWS credit pathways where eligible, or scoped AI proof-of-concept opportunities.
Does registering guarantee that I will be selected?
No. Registration does not guarantee AWS credits, an AI assessment, proof-of-concept support or selection for any specific activity. Credits, assessments, PoCs and other benefits are subject to eligibility, selection, scope and availability.
Which technology areas can I ask about?
The registration form covers AWS/cloud credits, cloud infrastructure and scalability, cloud cost optimisation, data analytics and BI, data readiness, generative AI, AI agents and workflow automation, and AI use-case assessment or PoC. If you are not sure yet, you can say you need guidance.
How will my information be used?
Scyda Technologies will use the information you provide to review your registration and contact you about this initiative, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Marketing updates are optional and only sent if you separately agree to them.
